Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas linked CAIR files discrimination case in Tulsa, Oklahoma
It didn't take long for the new chapter of the Council of American Islamic Relations in Oklahoma to help file a complaint against a company in our state for discriminating against a Muslim. This is an organization whose founders were employees of the Muslim Brotherhood's Islamic Association of Palestine before they spun-off CAIR. These employees are still in top leadership positions at CAIR today.
Wasn't it just this past January that Jamal Badawi, a one-time (id'd by the FBI), and likely current member of the Muslim Brotherhood, an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial and a CAIR board member, who was invited to represent the Islamic Society of Tulsa in a public debate? Last summer, Badawi attended a conference honoring the Muslim Brotherhood's spiritual leader Yusef Qaradawi which helps affirm his continuing relationship with the Muslim Brotherhood.
I don't know, but maybe it's just me, but it certainly doesn't help Muslims at the Islamic Society of Tulsa to be so associated with a world-wide Islamic movement whose ultimate goal is to create an Islamic caliphate and openly praises Hamas. If fact, Hamas was created from the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.
Anyway, back to the issue at hand. If someone could point out in the Quran where it is stated that covering one's hair is a requirement for Muslim women, I'd appreciate it because I can't find it.
Here we have a young Muslim woman who sought employment at an Abercrombie and Fitch clothing store in Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Think about that for a minute. Why would a devote Muslim want to work in a store that sells clothes contradictory to the Islamic way of complete modesty? Look at the ad you get when you click on the A&B website after you do a google search for their store in Tulsa. I don't get it.
The Islamic Society of Tulsa and the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City stated on their "Islam in Oklahoma" website (see below), "...to save humanity from destroying themselves it is evident that both men and women need to cover themselves more properly..." This even adds further questions why this young woman would want to work at this particular clothing store.
And get this, the Tulsa World will not allow anyone to comment on their online story. Amazing, they gave a forum to this questionable organization but then muzzle their reader's ability to comment. Shame on them.
This latest story appears to give us insight how CAIR operates. Certainly, there are times when a Muslim and others have been discriminated against, there's no doubt. But CAIR will also try to bully the "target"into giving diversity training on Islam, in some instances. Middle East based websites like Islamonline.net or Islamonline.com will often publish their press releases. I don't know about you but this bothers me.
A recent example of this took place in Friendswood, Texas. The diversity training CAIR bullied its way to give is really nothing more than an attempt to brainwash students to believe Islam is a natural continuation of Christianity.
If you can't see what this organization is all about, heaven help us all. There are a number of civil rights organizations to help Americans. Why does it seem most Muslims only align themselves with this particular one is troubling.
I would think it would be counter-productive to be partners with an Islamic group that has such a long and troubling history.

?This presentation is quite troubling in that it states:
Torah of Moses
CAIR and Company
Hymns of David
Gospel of Jesus
Dress code by Islamic Society of Tulsa and ISOGOKC
...A look at the society in the west today will reveal some of the consequences...
Sheryl Siddiqui, community outreach spokeswoman for the Islamic Society of Tulsa, said she was not surprised to learn of the nationwide increase in workplace discrimination against Muslims.
"There is no question that there's a definite increase in the hatemongering (against Muslims), the telling of the lies and the telling of stereotypes” that create a fertile breeding ground for discrimination", she said.
What good does it do to just throw out vague accusations as Siddiqui did? Be specific and thorough - because when people have the benefit to know what you mean they can study the facts and determine for themselves what is the truth. Vague accusations and name calling are useless.

It just makes me sick that this organization has moved into Oklahoma. It tells you a lot about the Islamic Society of Tulsa, doesn't it?

I find it astonishing the local papers just take CAIR's press releases and print them verbatim for the most part.
Thanks for this information. It is very helpful.
