The Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City will host a anti-Israeli speaker, Huwaida Arraf, on March 2nd. Arraf is one of the co-founders of the International Solidarity Movement and is the Board Chair of the Free Gaza Movement. She will talk about the upcoming Freedom Flotilla 2.
Arraf is not without controversy. She is reported to be an American born child of Arab (Palestinian) immigrants and a Christian. In an article from 2002 in the Palestine Chronicle (archive page), she wrote about her support for non-violent resistance against the occupying Israel but then said:
"...Hamas claims it has many men ready to be suicide bombers – we advocate that these men offer themselves as martyrs by standing on a settler road and blocking it from traffic. This is no less of a jihad. This is no less noble than carrying out a suicide operation. And we are certain that if these men were killed during such an action, they would be considered shaheed Allah. But an action like this cannot happen once and it cannot be the only type of action. Large-scale, mass popular participation must be developed in order for a movement to have an effect.
In another article she called for boycotts against American and Israeli goods:
"...She called for Arabs to boycott American and Israeli products and for the Arab media to shed light on the Palestinian resistance rather than their defeat..."
She also claimed that "Hamas rockets fired into Israel did not really cause much damage to the Zionist state," in a interview in February 2010 conducted by a political Islam portal called World Future. Their latest entry is titled: The days of Western Imperialism are numbered by Hizb ut Tahrir Australia, a very vocal Islamic supremacist global movement.
IHH, a Turkish based charity is involved with this flotilla as it was with the first one in partnership with the Free Gaza Movement. According to a Congressional Research report dated July 2010 (page 6): "IHH openly supports Hamas, which led Israel to outlaw it in 2008" It is not a U.S. State Department-designated terrorist group, although it is part of a Saudi-based, Hamas-created umbrella group of Muslim charities called Union of Good that the U.S. Treasury has designated as a terrorist organization..."
Last year, Germany banned IHH based there.
Imam Imad Enchassi is the religious leader at the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City. Recently, he made his feelings known in two Facebook postings he hoped and prayed the unrest in the Arab world would end with the creation of a new Islamic empire.
Palestine was a terrority of the Islamic supremacist Ottoman Empire, which ended in 1923 after centuries of control. It's not mentioned in the Quran or the Bible and was not relevant but appears to be a symbol of Islamist's goals to dominate and is a central cause for that movement. This area has not has real peace or freedom since the inception of Islam. The 2nd caliphate for Islam, Omar, seized Jerusalem as part of expanding their Islamic supremacist empire.

The Question of Palestine U.N.:
1917 - 1947: British mandate
The Palestine problem became an international issue towards the end of the First World War with the disintegration of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. Palestine was among the several former Ottoman Arab territories which were placed under the administration of Great Britain under the Mandates System adopted by the League of Nations pursuant to the League's Covenant Article 22.
