Two Muslim converts were arrested yesterday as they purchased weapons to carry out an attack against a military recruiting station in Seattle. Only ABC News convered it fully according to NewsBusters:
NBC barely covered the Thursday arrests of two Islamists in a planned terrorist attack on a military facility in Seattle. The network didn't cover the breaking news at all on Thursday's Nightly News, and devoted only 17 seconds to it on Friday's Today Show. Thursday's CBS Evening News had a minute-long report on the arrests, while ABC had full reports on the arrests on World News
There is some speculation the two men may have converted to Islam in prison but I'm not finding this was fully determinted - yet.
By the way, I've noticed Brian Ross and Jack Tapper at ABC News are reporters I trust to often do a good report. The other two stations I pretty much ignore. Tonight, on ABC News they showed parts of this video made by one of the terrorists, Abdul Latif, and promised its viewers a full report on prison Muslim converts and radicalization next week.
