Rep. Emily Virgin will you host a dinner at the Oklahoma State Capitol for a Christian holiday like you did for Ramadan?

On the 17th of August, for the first time in history Oklahoma Muslims prayed on floor of State Capitol at Inaugural Iftar dinner.  The event was hosted by Rep. Emily Virgin (D Norman) who had tweeted about it although she left off the key word - Iftar, which is specific to the Muslim holiday of Ramadan.

She was quoted to have said “We must remember that there is more that unites us than divides us.” Now, Imam Imad Enchanssi over there at the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City who spoke at her dinner has expressed in writing his dream that the Mid East will unite under one leader as it was before WWI one day!  What he means is he hopes a new Islamic supremacist ruling system - a caliphate is created for the region. This is Islamism - which is Islamic supremacy.  That's not a call to unite us, my friends.  For Chrsitians and people of other faiths it's very disturbing and conveysjust the opposite.  Imam Encassi caleed the Tea Party the KKK in drag and posted a Quranic verse often used by terrorists that Muslims must fight after SQ 755 passed.  Enchassi is featured on a Fatwa database called Islamopedia where his religious discussion about Why I should be a Muslim? impies, very strongly, that all religions but Islam are false and the consequence not to be a Muslim is grave.   

 

If Rep. Virgin is unaware about these statements then she's not really in a position to say what she did.  If Rep.Virgin knew about his statements and ignored them, well - that's troubing.

I guess it's OK to tweet about the inaugural  Iftar dinner at the Oklahoma State Capitol but to tweet about equal treatment for Christians to host a Christian dinner is a no no.
