Hamas-linked Nihad Awad and CAIR offer to help Barack Obama's administraiton

Islamists are chopping at the bit to get in with Barack Obama.  CAIR, an organization that grew out of the Muslim Brotherhood Hamas infrastructure in America, congratulated President-elect Barak H. Obama today.

AdwadHezbollahNihad Awad, the executive director plans to offer Obama's administration advice and support, he said.

Last year, Awad was identified by the FBI during the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial as a person who attended a meeting for Hamas in America that was recorded by them.

Muslim college student who claimed she was attacked arrested for lying

A Muslim college student who claimed she was victim of a hate crime has been arrested for lying. The college was put in lock-down after her allegations.  CAIR, an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, jumped all over her allegations of being a Muslim victim of hate.

"A Muslim student who claimed she was attacked in the bathroom at Elmhurst College last week surrendered to police on Friday. Investigators say the attack did not happen.

The incident was being investigated as a hate crime after police found threatening graffiti written on a mirror in the bathroom. News of the incident led to a campus lockdown and a rally by students in support the woman.

Now, she is charged with filing a false report.

Safia Jilani, 19, was interviewed by Elmhurst Police on multiple occasions. A source tells ABC7 Chicago that during the course of questioning, she admitted to authorities that she made up the story that she was attacked."

Barack Obama's new Muslim outreach director, Minha Husaini

Earlier today I found an investigative report on Barack Obama's new Muslim outreach director who attended what appears to be a secret meeting with extremely controversial Muslim leaders, which I wrote about here

Below is a video of Fox News coverage about the meeting.  CNN has not reported, at all, on this that I've seen.  And believe me, I wouldn't even be watching CNN except its one of two or three left-leaning cable news channels only offered by Dish Network in the package my friend has whom I'm house sitting for this week.  You have to pay more for Fox News!

In fact Dish Network has its own channel on Barack Obama - channel 73 here in Oklahoma.

Oh, but I digressed from the point of this post.  Below is the video about the meeting between Barack Obama's Mulsim outreach director and Muslim leaders some are upset took place.  Obama's campaign said it was bad judgement.

Barack Obama's Muslim outreach director met with top leaders of organizations that are the direct outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America!

A meeting that could be described as "secret" took place in mid-September which is just now coming to light in an investigative article by Jim Popkin, NBC News Senior Investigative Producer, that ought to get the attention of every sane American.  At this meeting, Barack Obama's new Muslim outreach director, Minha Husaini,  met with top leaders of American Islamic organizations that are the direct outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America!

Have you noticed repeated disturbing associations that surround Barack Obama, such as William Ayers, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Kahlid Al-Mansour, Raila Odinga of Kenya, his first selection for a Muslim outreach director, Mazen Asbahi, Tony Rezo who was convicted of corruption and former PLO spokesman Rashid Khalidi.  There's a definite pattern here!

Asbahi, who resigned after only a few days on the job because of questionable Islamist associations, was also at this meeting but refused to comment about it when questioned by NBC!  Nor would the Obama campaign allow Minha Husaini to be interviewed by NBC!

I don't, in the least, buy the Obama's campaign response that it was just a misjudgment.  That's one of the oldest tricks in the book - blame it on "I didn't know" or it was (just) an "error in judgment", after the fact.  Come on, America, you are much too smart to buy into their bull.

Think about it, what other presidential candidate in U.S. history has our enemies generally wanting him to become president who went to Europe and apologized for America when he said in his Berlin speech, "I know my country has not perfected itself. At times, we’ve struggled to keep the promise of liberty and equality for all of our people. We’ve made our share of mistakes, and there are times when our actions around the world have not lived up to our best intentions".

Now from the NBC report:

"...The Obama campaign’s Muslim outreach director participated in a meeting in mid September that was attended by several controversial Muslim activists, NBC News has learned. The Obama campaign now concedes that was a misjudgment, and that its top Muslim staffer would not have attended the meeting if she had known the full participant list beforehand.

On September 15, newly named Muslim outreach director Minha Husaini spoke to a small group of Muslim leaders ...

...The meeting was not advertised and some attendees got text phone messages notifying them that day of the meeting’s location, the participant said.

The attendees
One meeting attendee was Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society, several of the participants said. The MAS website describes Bray as an imam and “long time civil and human rights activist.” Bray’s critics say he has a history of defending terrorists. They point to a video of Bray at a rally in 2000, for example, in which he can be seen pumping his fist in the air in support of the terrorist groups Hamas and Hezbollah. In a 2004 interview, he called the Israeli assassination of a Hamas spiritual leader an “unlawful, cowardly and dangerous act of state-sponsored terrorism.” Bray did not return a call requesting comment.AdwadHezbollah

Also attending the meeting was Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations...(A spokesman for said) CAIR has consistently condemned “every act of terrorism” by groups including Hamas and Hezbollah. But he would not answer whether CAIR condemns those designated terrorist groups themselves. “I’ve already answered your questions,” he said, and abruptly ended the interview. Nihad Awad, the executive director, did not return a call seeking comment.

Fox "24" executive producer caves to CAIR!

I can't believe this but Howard Gordon, the executive producer of Fox TV's "24", has asked the website which features the anti-Islamic terrorist film "Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West", to remove his name as a endorser of the documentary.  Gordon, apparently, has even allowed CAIR, an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, to release his statement!

CAIR characterized the film, in their press release, as "anti-Muslim" which is a false statement.  The film often uses the words and actions of Islamic terrorists.  It clearly separates the religion of Islam from political and violent Islam whose global reach is unprecedented in history!  Throughout their press release, CAIR also conveniently leaves off the full title of the film, you know, the descriptive part that says "Radical Islam's War Against the West".

CAIR's efforts against this documentary goes hand-in-hand with their ongoing campaign to discourage the use of words like Islamic terrorist or Islamism by any public official in America.  My God, are you paying attention here?

Isn't this how Islamic countries manage their citizens where all they can say about Islam is "peace"?

Shame on Fox TV's Howard Gordon:

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) released a statement by Gordon in which he said:

"After being contacted by a number of people whose opinions I respect and after reviewing Obsession with their criticisms and concerns in mind, I have asked the film makers to remove my endorsement from the Obsession website and from any future promotional materials. While I remain committed to the film's essential message - that the hate-mongering promoted by radical Islamism presents a real threat to western values of tolerance and pluralism - I also appreciate that the goal of co-existence and tolerance is not being served by films like Obsession."

CAIR welcomed Gordon’s statement and noted that others are withdrawing their support for the film that many commentators have called anti-Muslim “propaganda.”

AdwadHezbollah “We commend Mr. Gordon for recognizing the harm caused to our society by intentionally inflammatory and divisive films such as ‘Obsession,’” said CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad. “As public outrage grows over this hate-filled production, people of conscience are spontaneously withdrawing their support.”

Not only did Awad speak under the Hezbollah flag in 2002, pictured here, but he also attended a meeting with Hamas members America and he is praising Gordon?

You can watch "Obsession" on YouTube and decide for yourself how objective the film is or isn't.  It's in a ten part video series so you can listen/watch it at your convenience.

Don't miss Michael Moore's statement that there is no terrorists threat on video 6 around the 2:53 minute mark.

Listen to the words carefully in this documentary.

CAIR turns to the FEC and IRS to punish those who distributed anti-terrorist film

The Council of American Islamic Relations, an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, has now asked the IRS to review the tax exempt status of the Clarion Fund which distributed millions of DVDs of the anti-terrorist documentary "Obsession: Radical Islam's War Against the West".  This is a film that actually uses the words and actions of terrorists to help document the threat we face from these groups and individuals around the world.  CAIR somehow has a problem with this film's anti-Islamic terror agenda.

Earlier, CAIR filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission over the distribution of the DVDs.

This is how Islamists in America are using our government to advance their cause by crying foul at every opportunity they may feel slighted.  Americans should be asking themselves why CAIR would have a problem with an anti-terrorist documentary.

Why any Islamic society in the U.S. would partner with CAIR is beyond me. Their background and agenda appears so in sync with the Muslim Brotherhood.

CAIR even has one known Muslim Brotherhood leader on their board, Jamal Badawi.

AwadHeabollahflagCAIR asked the IRS, if evidence of wrongdoing is uncovered, to consider stripping the Clarion Fund of its tax-exempt status, tax funds it spent on prohibited activities and impose an injunction on further political expenditures.

"A non-profit group's tax-exempt status should not be misused to promote political candidates or to influence the outcome of an election," said CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad.

There is a difference between spirtual Islam and Islamism

CAIR, an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, is on a mission to bully public officials to end their use of descriptive words which accurately describes the Islamist march forward.  Words like Islamists, Islamism, Islamic terrorism, islamofacist, and so on are big no nos with this Islamist organization.

CAIR fails to make the distinction between religious Islam and Islamism.  One is the simple practice of a non-political religion the other is the political structure and rules for Islamic supremacy wrapped into Islam.  The components for each are in the Quran.  Making this distinction is critical to understanding Islamism but, of course,  CAIR only seeks to blend the two together so any criticism about Islamism can then be called an insult to Islam, itself.

Their latest victim is Congressman Ed Royce (R-Fullerton) of California:

... In his June and July newsletters, Royce says, "Given the threat from Islamist terrorism facing our country, we need to be acting urgently to protect the United States every day."

The term "Islamist terrorism" also makes an appearance in "e-newsletters" from Royce titled "Victory for U.S. Intelligence," dated July 15, and "How to Close the Terrorist Loophole," on June 24, as well as on Royce’s website.

A letter, initiated by the Council on American-Islamic Relations and signed by various interfaith leaders, was sent to Royce’s Fullerton office in early August urging him to use alternative terminology such as "violent extremists" when discussing the War on Terrorism, in order to prevent polarization of one specific religious group.   CAIR

CAIR, cleverly has gotten other, generally, liberal religious organizations to join in with their efforts.

Even the Department of Homeland Security has been advised by a Muslim input group not use these words!

This is dangerous for America.

Mennonite Central Committee urged Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to allow religious diversity

Last night there was a dinner for Mahmoud Ahmadinejad sponsored by American Friends Service Committee, Mennonite Central Committee, Quaker United Nations Office, Religions for Peace and World Council of Churches in consultation with the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations.

This dinner has been soundly criticized by many.  But I thought it was interesting to note what took place at the dinner according to the Mennonite Central Committee:

Arli Klassen, executive director of Mennonite Central Committee, -- lit an oil lamp as a symbol of faith -- to reflect on peacemaking from their own faith perspectives.  "As a Christian, I believe that we are following Jesus Christ's example and his teaching as we eat together and hold this dialogue despite our many differences," Klassen said.

...Klassen raised concerns about his statements on the Holocaust and Israel, Iran's nuclear program and religious freedom in Iran.

"We ask you to find a way within your own country to allow for religious diversity, and to allow people to make their own choices as to which religion they will follow,"Klassen said.

Rabbi Lynn Gottlieb, a leader in the Jewish Renewal movement, spoke -- her work for reconciliation between Muslims and Jews and Palestinians and Israelis. She also spoke --  of mourning the deaths of all victims of war, including the millions of people killed in the Holocaust, World War II and wars in Iran and Iraq.

"Because of the Holocaust, I learned from the rabbis who ordained and guide me, to be active in preventing further suffering of all human beings as a primary religious call to action," Gottlieb said.

Dr. John Brademas, a former U.S. congressman and president emeritus of New York University, served as the event moderator. Along with several of the evening's speakers, Brademas called for direct negotiations between Iran and the United States.

Yet, despite all their efforts at dialogue, Ahmadinejad never address any of their issues directly and left before answering any questions after speaking at some length about Islam.

"All divine prophets have spoken of one truth," Ahmadinejad said. "The religion of Islam is the same as that offered by Moses."

So much for dialogue with an enemy of America and Israel.

CAIR files complaint with the Federal Election Commission over "Obsession" DVDs!

The largest Muslim victimization organization in America, the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR), which grew out of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, took a bold step today and filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission over the distribution of millions of DVDs of the film "Obsession:  Radical Islam's War Against the West",  which was put in hundreds of newspaper in paid inserts this month.

CAIR alleges that Israel-based Aish HaTorah International may be behind the distribution.  CAIR's executive director, Nihad Awad, whined the distribution might cause anti-Muslim hysteria designed to influence the presidential election in swing states in favor of John McCain!

CAIR's history, along with the recent blundered efforts of the Muslim Brotherhood denying any members are in the U.S., followed by an interview with another MB leader who said there are MB organizations set up here, including CAIR, alone should be sufficient for Americans to know whom they should vote for in this very important election.

The Muslim Brotherhood network is alive and well in America but are enough Americans paying attention?

AwadHeabollahflag Does the name Nihad Awad ring a bell?  Well, for starters, he spoke under the Hezbollah flag in 2002!

CAIR, and it's chapters along with many local mosques, Islamic centers and Muslim Student Associations had no problems, whatsoever, showing the anti-Israel film "Occupation 101" this year in their attempt to influence Americans to turn against Israel.

Every single country in the world is dealing with Islamic terrorism, in one form or another, which is unprecedented in history.  CAIR should be standing on the rooftops crying how bad these jihadists have hurt their religion.

With whom does CAIR stand?

Gulf News article on the Muslim Brotherhood

Below is an article I found on Gulf News written about a presentation on the Muslim Brotherhood given by the founder and director of the Arab Centre for Islamic Movements Studies, Abdul Rahim Ali to a number of dignitaries of the UAE Armed Forces.

Ali's statement that the West thinks the Muslim Brotherhood is a partner in democracy is worrisome.  But he could be referring to our government's attempt to partner with some of MB-linked organizations which have been set up in our country and the recent adoption by Homeland Security not to use words that describe the Islamist march toward Islamic supremacy, like Islamism or jihadists and so on.  These actions have been soundly criticized by some experts.

I've added this article for further evaluation of this worrisome Islamist organization which has infiltrated America:

Muslim Brotherhood 'is political and not religious'

By Samir Salama, Associate Editor
Published: September 22, 2008, 23:53

Abu Dhabi: The Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, which has been officially outlawed as a political organisation, is a political and not a religious movement, said an expert in Islamic movements.

"The Muslim Brotherhood movement's belief in the inseparability of politics and religion proves that its true goal is to establish a theocracy, and that its declared acceptance of political pluralism and the alternation of power is insincere," Abdul Rahim Ali, founder and director of the Arab Centre for Islamic Movements Studies, told the majlis of General Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Rivalry

He said since the Muslim Brotherhood claims to represent Islam, it has always viewed its political rivals as Islam's rivals.

"They [the Brotherhood members] would never allow another free election if they won power, as an electoral defeat would mean taking government away from Islam and handing it to non-Islamic forces."

Western governments, including the US, consider the Brotherhood and other "moderate Islamist" groups as potential partners in helping to advance democracy in their countries, and perhaps also in eradicating terrorism.

The Brotherhood's documents, however, define it as a community of Muslims dedicated to the rule of Allah's law who seek to revive Islam and to fulfil two fundamental goals: liberating "the Islamic homeland" from any foreign rule; and establishing in that free homeland a free Islamic state that will follow Islam's rules, implement its social order, and propagate its principles.

Ali criticised the Muslim Brotherhood movement as a failure particularly in addressing the issue of minorities and women.

"The Muslim Brotherhood's "outdated tenets and goals with regards to Copts [the Christian community in Egypt] and women are a disaster. It is impossible they could live together with Copts," he said.

Tension between the Muslim and Coptic communities in Egypt had been high ever since the US invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. When US President George W. Bush used the word 'crusade', it implicated the Copts, in the eyes of some Muslims, in a wider Christian assault on Muslims.

Ali said there was a close relationship between Ayman Al Zawahiri, the second man in Al Qaida and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Tulsa's Sheryl Siddiqui mentioned in leading Saudi online paper

Saudi Arabia's leading international English language on-line newspaper featured Tulsa's very own Sheryl Siddiqui in her article that was in the Tulsa World about Ramadan which I previously wrote about here and here.  The article also mentioned at the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas linked Islamic Society of North America's annual conference they decided not to "pledge their support" for Barack Obama for fear of hurting his chances to get elected.  I should add what they meant was they've decided not to pledge their support for Obama publicly:

Asharq-e "...In Tulsa, Oklahoma, the local Tulsa World newspaper published a report on Ramadan entitled ‘11 Things You Need to Know About Ramadan,’ in which Sheryl Siddiqui, from the Islamic Society in Tulsa, explained the essence of the month of fasting.

On the first day of Ramadan, in Powell, Ohio, Andre Carson, a Muslim member of US Congress spoke at an Iftar gathering in Indianapolis, Indiana. He encouraged Muslims to take part in the elections. “This is a new day in America. This is a day to be proud as Americans and Muslims,” said Carson, who is the second Muslim to serve in US Congress after Keith Ellison.

Carson visited Ohio to attend the annual conference of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), the headquarters of which are based in Plainfield, Indiana. The Indianapolis Star newspaper stated that those attending the conference had decided not to pledge their support for the Democratic presidential candidate, Barack Obama, “for fear it could do him harm,” especially that Obama is trying to convince Americans that he is not a Muslim as suspicions about his religious affiliation may hinder his chance of winning the presidential elections.

The first day of Ramadan coincided with the release of Dr Sami al Arian, the Palestinian university professor who was detained for five years in Florida on numerous terrorism charges. However, al Arian will be kept under house arrest and monitored by the police as he awaits the trial that will decide his fate. The director of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Nihad Awad, in Washington D.C stated, “After all these difficult years, al Arian’s family will be able to fast the month of Ramadan with him.”

CAIR ignores 9/11 7th Anniversary

CAIR's pro-Islamists agenda, often disguised by their Muslim civil rights work,  was evident a few days before 9/11/01 when they called our government anti-Muslim witch hunters, after a raid on Infocom.

In keeping with their style,  CAIR issued no statement from their national office about the 7th anniversary of 9/11.

This is an American Islamic organization,  which claims to be the voice for main-stream Muslims, who kept their mouth shut on the 7th anniversary of our country's worst attack since Pearl Harbor!

Instead CAIR last posted press release was about convicted terror-enabler, Sami Al-Arian.  Al-Arian plead guilty to aiding the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.  The Council of American Islamic Relations has never, to my knowledge,  issued a statement condemning Al-Arian's involvement with this terrorist group.

Their aid and support of a convicted terror enabler negates every one their anti-terror statements.

Let's not forget, CAIR's action and involvement with Jamal Badawi, a current CAIR board member who was ID'd by our government last year as a member of the board of directors of the Muslim Brotherhood North American operations!  Badawi supports martyrdom and the Muslim Brotherhood ideology which is expressed at the Muslim Association of Canada, where Badawi is a board member*.

The Muslim Brotherhood openly supports Hamas and has as their spiritual leader Yusef Qaradawi, who has issued religious ruling condoning martyrdom operations within Israel that include the killing of women and children.

Their involvement with Jamal Badawi also negates all of CAIR's anti-terror statements.

Ten points about the Islamic Society of Tulsa's newest anti-terror statement

For some reason, and possibly for the first time since the horrific tragedy that shattered lives on 9/11/01, the Islamic Society of Tulsa has issued another statement against terrorism today.

...As American Muslims we continue to assert that in no way or form do we condone the horrific attacks on our land, these attacks are not part of the American way and they are not part of the Muslim way. Such condemnable atrocities are not justified in Islam and committing such an unthinkable act goes against the very heart of our Islamic teachings and should never be confused with biased reports and prejudices...

Is the Islamic Society of Tulsa trying to make a case that it's the fault of biased reporting to link Islam with terrorism?

Below are 10 quick points to ponder about the sincerity of the statement issued by the Shura council of the Islamic Society of Tulsa:

  1. The best I can tell, their statement was not issued by the religious leader, the Imam, of the mosque.  BTW, who is the religious leader of their mosque?

  2. Their 9/11/01 newsletter included a statement from terror-supporter and Muslim Brotherhood spiritual leader Yusef Qaradawi who had previously issued religious ruling condoning martyrdom in Israel, including the killing of women and children.

  3. Affiliated with the Islamic Society of North America.  This organization was named specifically in an internal Muslim Brotherhood document.

  4. 2007 partnership with the Council of American Islamic Relations, a outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America.

  5. CAIR came out firmly against our government a mere six days before 9/11 after a raid on Infocom, an Islamic company located in Texas which served many major global Islamic organizations.

  6. CAIR's ongoing support for Sami Al-Arian, a convicted terror-enabler of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad doesn't match their anti-terror statement.

  7. Had Muslim Brotherhood leader Jamal Badawi represent them as their Quran expert in a debate in January.

  8. August 2007 newsletter:  Dying while fighting for Allah and Islam - a good way to die as a Muslim.

  9. November 2007 newsletter:  Jihad - it's just a struggle

  10. August 2008 newsletter:  Occupation 101 to be shown to the public, a one-sided rather hateful film  - its all Israel's fault.

Muslim dinner in Oklahoma featured Rep. Keith Ellison

The Edmond Sun published an opinion piece yesterday about a Muslim appreciation dinner where U.S Rep. Keith Ellison and the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) were featured speakers.

The author, William F. O'Brien, an Oklahoma city attorney, also wrote about CAIR this past May.

I'm just a little curious here - is he the same William F. O'Brien who works for the Oklahoma Attorney General's office as an Assistant Attorney General and General Counsel, whom I confirmed still works there?

Do we have an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Oklahoma shilling for the Council of American Islamic Relations and the Muslims in Oklahoma, on the side?  Or are there two men, who are attorneys in Oklahoma City, with the same exact name?

Razi Hashmi, the director of CAIR's office in Oklahoma showed a video of his work which encouraged better understanding of Islam in the state. Lately, the only big news from CAIR-OK is their EEOC efforts against a clothing store in Tulsa,  so I'm perplexed about what his video encompassed.

Rep. Keith Ellison told the Oklahoma Muslims they should help provide health care to the needy and assist prisoners re-enter society.

In June, Ellison told the left-leaning National Conference for Media Reform that former President Ronald Reagan made him sick but not as much as Bush does now. He also made a few choice comments about American imperalism.

Screen shot of a video of Ellison giving the keynote address to the National Conference on Media Reform

Ellisonreaga

In July, Ellison was also video-taped comparing President Bush to Hitler!  The first Muslim elected to the United States House of Representatives is definitely not without controversy.

Ellison carrying a Nation of Islam paper in the mid 90s:

Ellison-fc

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Jim Roth and his opponent Dana Murphy spoke at the dinner.  Republican House member Shane Jett of Tecumseh and Democratic Sen. John Sparks of Norman were in attendance.

Way to go guys.  Are you just not doing your homework?

Ellison, the first Muslim elected to the U.S. Congress, has also used the names Keith Hakim, Keith X Ellison and Keith Ellison Muhammad.  He co-sponsored a bill with Rep. Dennis Kucinich (D-OH) to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney for "high crimes and misdemeanors.

On Dec. 24, 2006,  Ellison spoke at a convention held at Dearborn, Michigan for the Muslim American Society and the Islamic Circle of North America, both organizations were created by the Muslim Brotherhood group in America.

Ellison is currently featured in an article about Muslim activism in America on terror-supporter and Muslim Brotherhood supreme spiritual leader Yusef Qaradawi's Islamonline.  This article covered his talk at the Islamic Society of North America conference over the Labor Day weekend in a break-out session called  "Mobilizing the Muslim Political Machine."

The Islamic Society of North America was named in a Muslim Brotherhood internal document to advance Islam in our country as part of their long-term plan to whittle away at our democracy and make Islam the dominate political power in the decades and centuries to come.

CAIR, as most readers of zTruth know, is an outgrowth of the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America of which there is ample documentation. This may explain why CAIR board memberJamal Badawi was invited to speak for the Islamic Society of Tulsa in a public debate as their Quran expert in January.  Badawi openly supports the Muslim Brotherhood ideology*. He is a man ID'd by the FBI as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood's Board of Directors in America, who serves today under the chairmanship of Yusef Qaradawi as a board member on several of his organizations.

Full disclosure of Badawi's allegiance to the Muslim Brotherhood was withheld from the packed Oklahoma audience.

There's a problem with any Islamic organization in America, such as CAIR or the Islamic Society of North America, who appear so aligned with the Muslim Brotherhood whose spiritual leader has issued religious rulings that approve of martyrdom operations inside Israel, including the killing of women and children.

It's troubling when Oklahoma Muslims, who want us to believe their anti-terror statements, align themselves so closely with these groups and individuals.

It's absolutely disingenuous.

Don't miss his discussion on martyrdom on Islamonline or a recent interview with Hamas leader Mousa Marzook.

Badawi is on the board of directors (saved web page) of the Muslim Association of Canada ( MAC) a group who states in their preamble their allegiance to the Muslim Brotherhood:

"MAC adopts and strives to implement Islam, as embodied in the Qur’an, and the teachings of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and as understood in its contemporary context by the late Imam, Hassan Albanna, the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood. MAC regards this ideology as the best representation of Islam as delivered by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)."

Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City's links page shows their Muslim Brotherhood connection

ISOGKClinks

click on image to enlarge it

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.  Above is a screen shot of the links page for the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City.  Let's review it, shall we?

  • Islamonline:  This website is chaired by terror supporter Yusef Qaradawi, the supreme spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood who has issued religious ruling approving of martyrdom operations within Israel, including the killing of women and children for over twenty years.
  • CAIR:  Its foundation came from the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America.  Their articles are often featured on Qaradawi's Islamonline.
  • Islamic Circle of North America:  Muslim Brother/Hamas.  Screen shots of their website shows they gave tens of thousands of dollars to Hamas in 2006!  ICNA runs a website, Why Islam
  • Islamic Society of North America:  started with the help of terror-supporter Sami Al-Arian.  Al-ARian plead guilty to aiding the Palestinian Islamic Jihad - a group bent on the destruction of Israel.
  • Muslim American Society:  an overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.  Michelle Malkin and Dr. Omeish, MAS President,  were on the Laura Ingram Show on Oct. 2006 to discuss prison radicalization in the U.S., which you can read about here

"...What is the overall goal here?  To establish a Caliphate?  Laura asks.  In the greater context yes, Omeish said..."

  • Islamic Relief Foundation:  They main focus appears to be to aid the people in Hamas-controlled Gaza

Every one of the organizations the Islamic Society of Greater Oklahoma City selected to use are linked to the Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America.  These organizations are often given press by the MSM where they portray themselves as moderate Islamic groups since this is the image they want you to believe.  There is abundant evidence to the contrary.

In addition ISGOC feature a link to the Islamic Book Store.  Here there are numerous books about Jihad including Whabbi Islam:  From Revival and Reform to Global Jihad.  Books by Muslim Brotherhood leaders, Yusef Qaradawi and Jamal Badawi and also available.

Any questions?

Mapping Sharia ALERT: CAIR Involved in Criminal Fraud

I present this at a point of reference as I don't not know if the allegations alleged by the Mapping Sharia project are true.  I suspect they are but just read this with that caveat.  I did a search for the Maryland/Virgina CAIR office in question and it has been pulled from the Internet, at this time.  In this archived page of CAIR National you can see the listing for the Maryland/Virgina website.

Are they are "cleaning" it up?

"The Mapping Sharia Project, a research project sponsored by the Society of Americans for National Existence (SANE), is issuing an alert that the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a self-described public interest civil rights law firm, may have engaged in criminal fraud.

Reliable sources have produced solid information that Morris Days, the Manager for Civil Rights at the CAIR MD/VA chapter, who was widely publicized by CAIR as one of its civil rights attorneys, was in fact not an attorney, and failed to provide services for Muslim American clients who came to CAIR for assistance and who paid for Days’ services.  Not only has CAIR not revealed the facts about Days and his fraudulent, criminal behavior, but as of yesterday, September 2, 2008, the CAIR National office in Washington, D.C. continued to post articles at its website naming Days as an attorney. This amounts to a de facto cover-up of CAIR’s involvement in this criminal affair and a perpetuation of the fraud with CAIR’s assistance.

At the same time that CAIR promoted Days as a lawyer while knowing he was not, it continued to solicit donations for its “legal” representation of Muslims in civil rights cases..."

Read their full alert here:

Update: 9/5/08:

Earlier this year, the board also fired Days and closed the chapter's offices in Herndon, Va. The chapter director, Khalid Iqbal, is no longer with CAIR.

CAIR refused to respond to the allegations, which came to light only after American Muslims provided evidence to the Mapping Sharia Project.

"I really don't know anything about this," CAIR spokesman Ahmed Rehab said. He referred questions to CAIR communications director Ibrahim Hooper, who declined comment.

CAIR last month launched a $250,000 fundraising campaign that included a promotional on its website touting its mission to help Muslims, particularly those confronting citizenship problems.  WND

Was Professor Tom Klocek fired at the bequest of CAIR?

The Council of American Islamic Relation was apparently intimately involved with the firing of Professor Tom Klocek, a Catholic at DePaul University in 2004.

Watch the Professor's first statements about free speech:

Chicago Daily Observer (12/06/07):  DePaul Should Reinstate Tom Klocek

Students for Academic Freedom:

Newly released evidence has revealed that the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) worked privately to pressure DePaul University to fire adjunct professor Thomas Klocek for telling Muslim activist students that their views on Middle-East issues were wrong.  According to a letter to DePaul’s President from CAIR’s executive director M. Yaser Tabbara, “In light of …Mr. Klocek’s biased remarks, we are requesting that the University…reprimand Mr. Klocek for his conduct by permanently dismissing him from any teaching post at DePaul University.” (Exhibit # DPU 945).

Foundation for Individual Rights in Higher Education:  DePaul University: Professor Suspended for Expression Without Due Process:

The incident in question occurred on September 15, 2004, when Professor Klocek engaged in conversation with students representing Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and United Muslims Moving Ahead (UMMA). According to the DePaulia student newspaper and other sources, during the debate, Klocek cited a Chicago Sun-Times article that quoted the general manager of the Al-Arabiya television network as saying, “It is a certain fact that not all Muslims are terrorists, but it is equally certain, and exceptionally painful, that almost all terrorists are Muslims.” A heated but strictly verbal argument ensued during which Klocek argued that a Christian viewpoint, in addition to Muslim or Jewish ones, should be considered in discussing Israel and Palestine. According to Klocek, SJP and UMMA students (several of whom had gathered around Professor Klocek) made their own controversial statements comparing Israeli Jews to Nazis. The argument concluded when Klocek walked away from the SJP and UMMA tables and thumbed his chin at the students in what he believed to be an Italian hand gesture meaning “I’m outta here.”
