In late August, Pew Research released a report on Muslims in America. It's happily titled Muslim Americans: No Signs of Growth in Alienation or Support for Extremism which gives the impression that all is well. Upon further review, I found, though, there's significantly higher support for Islamic extremism among the black Muslims polled! 40%of native-born black Muslim Americans reported they knew there was a great deal and/or a fair amount of extremist support in their communities compared to 20% of all U.S. Muslims, which is bad enough having 1 in 5 Muslims know of this kind of support in America. Support for suicide bombings and for al Qaeda was doubled for the native-born black Muslims than for all U.S. Muslims. Why? Something appears to be very wrong.
American born Naser Jason Abdo, 21, volunteered to be in the U.S. military but oddly refused to deploy to Afghanistan. Even odder he was granted status as a conscientious objector because of his religion. Abdo was then charged with possessing child porn and faced a possible court martial. Not too long after that he went missing in early July. But, not for long.
Two Muslim converts were arrested yesterday as they purchased weapons to carry out an attack against a military recruiting station in Seattle. Only ABC News convered it fully according to NewsBusters:
Documents found in the Bin Laden raid showed Osama Bin Laden eyed smaller cities as targets to expand their attack sites.
He schooled his followers to work around U.S. counterterrorism methods which he was apparently well-versed. He wrote of ways to ferment political dissent and play politicians against one another. Bin Laden also wanted to exploit minorities that would help drive a wedge between them and others as a method to help tear down the country. Is it just me or have you notice CAIR seems to do all these things? What a remarkable coincidence.
We learned this week counterterrorism funding to half of the smaller cities will end. Congress probably decided to cut these funds before these documents were discovered so I hope they are paying attention here. Some of the thirty-three "smaller cities" include Syracuse, Tuscon, Columbus, Toledo, New Orleans, Oklahoma City and Tulsa, to name just a few.
Also this week, Congress leaders agreed to extend for four years a vast array of surveillance and search powers put in place since 9/11. Both houses will vote on this agreement next week.
Last June the Supreme Court ruled in Holder vs. Humanitarian Law Project that limits on free speech and free association were possible if it was coordinated with helping, aiding, and supporting a designated terrorist organization.
Mohammed Junaid Babar, a convicted terrorist who aided al Qaeda, was freed after only 4 years in prison. In a 2001 video (Guardian) he said his loyality isn't to America but to Islam and was willing to kill American soldiers.
Now we find out in documents just made public he was freed two years ago after working out a deal and being a witness in a couple key terror trials.
Attorney General Eric Holder gave an "Award For Distinguished Service" to the Texas team who investigated and prosecuted the Holy Land Foundation, the country's largest terror-funding arm of Hamas.
In a courtroom in Washington, D.C., attorneys representing the father of Anwar Awlaki argued that the targeted kill list his son is on violates his constitutional rights. Kinda embarassing for Awlaki's daddy since today his son released another video calling for death of Americans.
U.S. District Judge John Bates heard arguments in the case of Anwar al-Awlaki on the same day that the American cleric made a renewed call for jihad against U.S. citizens in a video posted on extremist websites.
...Al-Awlaki's father, Nasser al-Awlaki of Yemen, has sued Obama to stop the targeted killing of his son, who was born in New Mexico, and to force the government to disclose standards for determining whether U.S. citizens can be targeted for death. He argues that the president's authority to unilaterally declare a targeted killing violates his son's constitutional right to due process.
"What the government is doing is imposing the death penalty without trial," said Jameel Jaffer, a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, which along with the Center for Constitutional Rights has taken al-Awlaki's case.
(DOJ) Letter told Bates the court has no legal authority to be "looking over the shoulder" of the president as he makes military decisions to protect Americans against terrorist attacks.
"We're going to the very core powers of the president as commander in chief," Letter said.
Last week, a plane with a possible dangerous package was escorted by military jets to New York City as news that two other likely dangerous packages were found in the UK and Dubai. Now, think for a minute. Does it make any kind of sense a plane would be allowed to land in one of the most populated cities in America and then be escorted to the gate by police? To the GATE! This defies basic public safety 101.
Two men have been arrested in recent days for plotting to kill Americans in the name of their religion - Islam.
Abdel Hameed Shehadeh was arrested last Friday in Hawaii on terror-related charges.
"...According to the federal complaint, a witness "informed law enforcement that Shehadeh believed it was the duty of Muslims to fight beside fellow Muslims against their enemies, including the United States military forces."
And that "Shehadeh attempted to join the United States military as part of his jihad. He intended to commit treason and fight United States soldiers..."
Early this morning, Farooque Ahmed of Virginia was arrested for casing potential bomb targets but the FBI were already on to him.
The indictment says that from April to October, Mr. Ahmed tried to aid what he believed was an al Qaeda plot to carry out multiple bombings at Washington subway stations.
Mr. Ahmed recorded video of stations in Arlington, Va., on four occasions and drew diagrams of three stations, also in Arlington, according to the indictment. He also provided suggestions of where to place bombs in attacks that were purportedly to be carried out in 2011.
David Kris, assistant attorney general for national security, said Mr. Ahmed "is accused of plotting with individuals he believed were terrorists to bomb our transit system, but a coordinated law-enforcement and intelligence effort was able to thwart his plans."
The political correctness of the liberals is really over the top now. Do they ignore the global Islamic supremacist movements which are aided by daily terror attacks worldwide? Do they also ignore the larger networks of Islamists and their organizations who have a presence in America? Well, do they?
On the Bill O'Reilly show Monday Juan Willaims said it made him nervous when he saw Muslims in their religious garb at airports after he said political correctness can led to some kind of paralysis when you don't address reality. This conversation was a continuation of what Bill O'Reilly said on the View recently about who carried out 9/11.
CAIR, an outgrowth of the Islamic supremacist Muslim Brotherhood, may have started this when they issued a press release yesterday: CAIR Asks NPR to Address Analyst's Remarks on Muslims. MSNBC wrote NPR fires Juan Williams over anti-Muslim remarks, other liberal media followed suit. Is it really anti-Muslim to express a worry that is supported by the fact there are Muslims who want to kill us and destroy our democracy? Get real!
NPR wrote O'Reilly directly blamed Muslims for 9/11/01. Oh, the horror of speaking the damn truth. Muslims did carry out the 9/11 attack. Many Muslims said it was wrong to do but others implied it was partly our fault because of our foreign policies, including the one who wants to build an Islamic center at a site hit on 9/11, Imam Feisal Rauf.
Today NPR announced:
O'Reilly has been looking for support for his own remarks on a recent episode of ABC's The View in which he directly blamed Muslims for the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. Co-hosts Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg walked off the set in the middle of his appearance.
"Williams responded: 'Look, Bill, I'm not a bigot. You know the kind of books I've written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on a plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous.'
"Williams also warned O'Reilly against blaming all Muslims for 'extremists,' saying Christians shouldn't be blamed for Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh."
Juan Williams really got screwed here by action taken by NPR that were likely brought on by CAIR's press release. CAIR is an organization named an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest Hamas terror-funding case in U.S. history, folks. Islamists and some of those on the left often partner together and this is another excellent example. More Americans need to wake up.
Adam Gadahn, the American traitor and spokesman of AQ, issued a video on Tuesday urging Pakistani's to rise up against their government and join the militants.
Today, Osama bin-Laden's voice is supposedly on a audio calling for help in Pakistan. I listened to the audio of it posted at ABC News, but it didn't sound like him. The picture shown in the audio is not Bin-Laden but his 2nd in command. Other outlets said the audio has bin Laden's picture. Did ABC put up the wrong tape? Maybe, they did it on purpose.
"...Aafia Siddiqui, 38, her face covered with a white head scarf, turned to supporters in a Manhattan federal courtroom and asked them to forgive the judge.
"I'm one person and the prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, forgave all his personal enemies," she said. "Forgive everybody in my case. Please…the world is full of injustices."
A suspicious acting man was arrested Friday at Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport. Guess what they found? Jihadist material and tons of cash!
"...Police identify the passenger as Vijay Kumar, a resident of Mumbai, India.
...Officers said they then found the brass knuckles, as well as several books and diagrams in his carry-on luggage, including one book titled, "New Voices of Islam," and another espionage publication called "Spycraft."
Officers said many of the books were written in Arabic, but they did notice English publications that refer to "jihad" and "infidels." They also found diagrams that purport to describe U.S. military weaponry, according to law enforcement officials who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
FBI agents were called to the screening area where Kumar was being arrested. Agents are trying to determine the contents of a flash drive, or thumb drive, that was confiscated as he was arrested
Investigators told KPRC Local 2 Investigates that at least $8,000 in U.S. bills were found, along with thousands of dollars in a foreign currency. Federal law requires passengers to declare any time they are traveling with $10,000 or more, and officers point out there was no such declaration in this case.
It has been learned that Anwar Awlaki's father, Dr. Nasser al-Awlaki, a U.S. educated scholar (probably paid by us taxpayers) has made a number of phone calls to attorneys in the United States from Yemen, according to NPR:
...The Awlaki pere was making the calls to key U.S. attorneys, NPR has learned, to see if he could mount a case on behalf of his American-born son against the U.S. government. By his account, the Obama administration has unfairly targeted the younger Awlaki by putting him on a CIA "capture or kill" list. By doing that, the administration has essentially green-lighted Anwar al-Awlaki's assassination — without filing any charges or having a court weigh the evidence in the case.
"This is an instance where the executive branch is claiming the power to go ahead and kill Awlaki without going through anything that resembles the traditional legal process," said New York University Law professor Sam Rascoff. "It essentially amounts to going right to the death penalty phase of a case without ever bringing it to a jury — and that ought to give us pause."
...Awlaki was born in New Mexico 39 years ago, when his father was on a scholarship to study in the U.S. Anwar al-Awlaki grew up in the U.S., studied engineering in U.S. universities and eventually became a rather prominent imam in Virginia and San Diego. Then, shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, he left the U.S. and became a fixture on the Internet, preaching to young Muslims in English.
Shortly after the phone calls were made by his father, al-Awlaki was designated a terrorist by the U.S. Treasury Department and then formally recognized by the U.N. as a member of al-Qaeda, just days later.
An indictment could be next. And in my opinion, he should also be charged with treason.
A man, who was fired as a flight attendent after he threw a coffee pot at a co-worker, seems quite evil because he turned around and retaliated against his former employer by making some pretty serious terrorist threats:
Rodney Lorenzo, 45, was charged in Brooklyn federal court for threatening to give information to jihadists and for making terrorist threats, the New York Post reported Thursday.
Lorenzo mailed letters in 2008 to top American Airline executives with the word, "Boom!!" written on the envelopes. The envelopes contained pages from an employee handbook with instructions on how to access the cockpit, a prosecutor said.
Lorenzo said in the letters he would forward the information to Islamic groups, hoping they would use it against the airline and its passengers.
Nadia Rockwood and her husband, Paul, a Muslim convert, join the ever growing list of many others who give the religion of Islam a bad name. The first terror case of this kind in Alaska will result in the wife being deported and serve probation. Her husband will be jailed:
...Prosecutors said that Paul, also known as "Bilal", converted to Islam about a decade ago and began following the teachings of the radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, who supports violent acts of terrorism against America.
Paul began researching and selecting possible targets for future executions, comprising of people he perceived had desecrated Islam.
After the couple moved to Alaska, he began researching explosive components, construction of remote triggering devices – such as mobile phones – and the construction of mail bombs.
The FBI claimed that by late 2009 he had begun discussing killing "targets" by shooting them in the head. About 15 targets are understood to have been contained in a list drawn up by Rockwood.
Nadia admitted in court that she was aware that her husband wanted to seek revenge and knew the purpose of the list. But when questioned by authorities, she denied delivering the list and instead said it was a book or letter.
Mr. Rockwood plead guilty and will spend about 8 years in jail.
A man from Fairfax, Virginia, who authorities said had several extremist profiles online, was stopped from boarding a plane in New York with his infant son which he allegedly used to hide that he was really on his way to join a terrorist group:
Zachary Adam Chesser, 20, was prevented from boarding a flight from New York to Uganda on July 10, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office. He told agents he intended to travel from Uganda to Somalia.
Chesser attempted to board the flight to Uganda with his son in an attempt to mask his intent to join terrorist group Al-Shabaab in Somalia, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.
"This young man is accused of seeking to join Al-Shabaab, a brutal terrorist organization with ties to Al-Qaida," U.S. Attorney Neil MacBride said. "These allegations underscore the need for continued vigilance against homegrown terror threats."
The far-left mouthpiece called Newsweek wrote on their blog a post on June 25th chiding the U.S. government for not helping the five Americans convicted in Pakistan on terror-related charges. It fully echoed the words of an outed Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas mouthpiece in America; CAIR.
...The U.S. government appears to believe there is "good violence and bad violence," Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on Islamic-American Relations, tells Declassified, noting that the five young Northern Virginia Muslims are likely to remain in jail for a decade, while Colorado construction worker Gary Faulkner, who was arrested while trying to cross from Pakistan into Afghanistan armed with a pistol, sword and night-vision goggles, was quickly released and allowed to return to the U.S. But a senior U.S. official, who asked for anonymity when addressing a politically sensitive issue, retorts, "Rambo [Faulkner] did not leave behind a jihad videotape. There is no comparability to the two cases."
Let me rephrase it a more simpler way. The jihadist are enemies of America! Faulkner was trying to get an enemy of America. Big difference, but CAIR wrongly tried to say our government has a double standard. Awad, one of the founders of CAIR and is their Executive Director, was recorded at a secret Hamas meetingin Philly in the 90s planning how to conceal their goals to aid Hamas.
Awad attended the first CAIR Oklahoma Muslim Youth Conference last summer. What a mistake Oklahoma Muslim leaders made to bring CAIR to Oklahoma.
Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) introduced a new English language magazine (Critical Threats website) on Sunday. In their first issue, American born cleric and partner Anwar al-Awlaki issued a fatwa against a Seattle cartoonist and others.
The magazine includes instructions on bomb-making from ingredients from "mom's kitchen". Al-Qaeda leader AQAP Nasser al Wahayshi, also known as Abu Basir, called on Muslims to pursue violent jihad against the West.
O Muslims, rise up in defense of your Messenger: a man with his knife, a man with his gun, a man with his rifle, a man with his bomb, by learning how to design explosive devices, by burning down forests and buildings, or by running over them with your cars and trucks. The means of harming them are many so seek assistance from Allah and do not be weak and you will find a way. The rights of the Messenger of Allah upon us are great and it is nothing for all of us to die for his sake; may our mothers be bereaved of us if we do not defend him.
O Muslims you have no excuse in front of Allah except if you fight in defense of his Messenger…
The purpose of the magazine appears to provide tools and encourage jihadists to take matters in their own hands right here in America rather than risk travel over to Yemen for training.
I found the above graphic of the Al Qaeda magizene from a blogby American graduate student, Christopher Anzalone, in theDepartment of Near Eastern Languages and Cultures at Indiana University. This "student" also has the first edition of the al Qaeda magazine, which I found very difficult to find. He links to the Muslim Brotherhood website and hadiths on violent jihad and so on. Hummm...
The failed New York subway bomb plot last year has resulted in another indictment against an American who loved his Islamist world more than the freedoms we value so much here or life, itself.
Isn't it amazing there is a never ending supply of these people? The Muslim world is failing their own.
Three U.S. citizens have already been charged with plotting a series of suicide bombings on the New York subway during rush hour that would have taken place days after the eighth anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks. Najibullah Zazi and Zarein Ahmedzay, both Afghan immigrants, pleaded guilty this year.
Bosnian-born Adis Medunjanin pleaded not guilty and is waiting for his day in court.
Adnan Shukrijumah, a U.S. citizen who was regarded as one of Al Qaeda's best hopes to execute a plot in post- 9/11 America, is among several new alleged Al Qaeda figures charged in the botched Manhattan attempt. Two others indicted Wednesday, Abid Naseer and Tariq Ur Rehman, are also allegedly connected to the attack that was planned for English soil.
... The indictment alleges that after Zazi was taken into custody, Medunjanin tried again to complete a suicide attack. On Jan. 7, he crashed his car into another vehicle in Queens, N.Y., dialing 911 moments before to state his name and his motives, authorities said.
"We love death," he told the 911 operator, according to the indictment.
Today Germany banned an Islamic charity their believe funds Hamas, who seeks the total destruction of Isreal for Islam.
Authorities believe the Internationale Humanitaere Hilfsorganisation (IHH), which is registered in Frankfurt, has been funneling financial donations to Hamas which controls the Gaza Strip and is considered a terrorist organization by the European Union and United States.
"The IHH has, under the cover of humanitarian aid, supported Gaza Strip-based so-called social associations which are attributable to Hamas, for a long period of time and to a considerable financial extent," de Maiziere said in a statement.
Despite the Obama Administration's stonewalling, the hearing reinforces that the New Black Panther Party story is not going away. The lack of transparency ...

Mubarak Hamed, a naturalized citizen from Sudan, admited last Friday he sent over $1 million to Iraq in violated of U.S. sanctions. He and others involved spent years denying allegations, though. He is the third person to have plead guilty in the case. Two more remain to be tried, including former U.S. congressman Mark Deli Siljander.
Hamed served as executive director of the now-defunct Islamic American Relief Agency-USA from 1991 until October 2004, when federal agents raided the charity’s Columbia offices and carted off truckloads of documents and computers.
The same day, the U.S. Treasury Department froze the charity’s assets and said it was part of a global network of similarly named charities that supported terrorists, including Osama bin Laden, al-Qaida, the Taliban and Hamas.
In pleading guilty, Hamed also admitted to a long string of facts in his plea agreement, many of which he and others had spent years denying. After contending that his charity was an entirely independent organization, he acknowledged Friday that it was part of an international organization headquartered in Khartoum, Sudan, that also used the initials IARA.
The African charity, according to federal officials, had frequent contact with the worst players in international terrorism.
...Siljander is accused of taking $75,000 from IARA to help the charity have its name removed from a U.S. Senate Finance Committee list of organizations that allegedly supported terrorism. Prosecutors contend the money had been stolen from a U.S. Agency for International Development grant that IARA was supposed to have used for relief projects in the African nation of Mali.
This decision was the most reasonable conclusion possible.
The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday upheld the federal law criminalizing "material support" for designated terrorist groups, rejecting complaints that the law is so vague that it would stifle political speech by groups with peaceful intent.
The 6-3 decision was a major victory for government prosecutors, who frequently use the statute as a weapon to neutralize individuals with suspected ties to terrorist groups. In most war-on-terror cases the Supreme Court has ruled on since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, the government has not fared nearly as well.
...Chief Justice John Roberts Jr. author of the decision, gave strong deference to "the considered judgment" of Congress and the executive branch that even benign support for groups with terrorist aims helps their violent activities.
This afternoon in New York City Faisal Shahzad plead guilty for the failed Times Square bombing and said he would plead guilty 100 times more and warned of more attacks:
The Pakistani-born Connecticut man arrested who attempted to detonate a car bomb in Times Square pleaded guilty to terrorism charges in a New York court on Monday.
Faisal Shahzad was indicted on 10 counts, including attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction, and said he planned to plead guilty to all 10 charges.
He told the judge he wanted to "plead guilty and 100 times more." He also warned that unless the U.S. leaves Muslim lands, "We will be attacking U.S."
I believe this may have been the first attack in the U.S. facilitated by the Taliban.
A man and woman were stopped from entering MacDill Air Force Base outside of Tampa, Florida, Monday evening. The base is the home for the U.S.Central Command which oversees military efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq.
After the couple was stopped for not having proper ID, their car was searched and military-style weapons found.
The couple were taken into custody and have not been named.
Hamas affiliated Al Qassam website on Sunday, June 6th, regarding remarks made by White House correspondent Helen Thomas.
The website reports “This statement by Thomas Helen reflects the opinion of American majority in USA and all masses who support justice and peace in Palestine an whole world...
This is an excellent example, and a stark reminder, how Islamists twist the truth.
Update 6/7/10 1 PM CT: Thomas' will retire immediately from Hearst Newspapers. Her long-standing front row center seat in the White House press room was empty today.
Also, Iran's Revolutionary Guard has offered to provide a military escort to cargo ships trying to break Israel's blockade of Gaza, which has been in place since 2007 when Hamas violently took over the Gaza Strip. Since 1988, Hamas has called for the destruction of Israel for Islam, which is stated in their written charter.
Update 6/7/10: Al Jazeera interview with Ken O'Keefe, one of the two American (if you can call him one). Does he have a tattoo around his neck, or what?? How odd. Anyway, this is one angry man.
On his FB page called Aloah Palestine, he claimed America is the greatest terrorist!
"In response to the Israeli governments claims that I, Ken O'Keefe, am an operative of Hamas who intended to train terrorists in Gaza, Imake a counter charge; Israel and the United States, along with their British partner, are the greatest terrorists of our time. Selling, distributing and using more weapons of mass destruction than all other nations combined. When I speak of terrorism I am using the Black's Law Dictionary definition of the word, with that definition it is clear that the United States is the number one terrorist of the 20th and 21st centuries."
He lives in London.
Update 6/8/10: It seems O'Keefe denounced his American citizenship which he talked about in an interview on Al Jazeera in 2008 (its starts off in French but he speaks in English).
"I charge the United States with being the number 1 terrorist in the world..."
Two American Muslims from New Jersey were apparenlty on their way to join a terrorist group in Somalia when they were arrested at JFK Airport before they boarded two different flights to Egypt. The men had been under the eye of the FBI for a number of years.
...Mohamed Hamoud Alessa, 20, of North Bergen, and Carlos Eduardo Almonte, 26, of Elmwood Park were apprehended at John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens before they could board separate flights to Egypt, where they were to start journeys to Somalia.
...Authorities said the men planned to wage jihad as part of a Somalia-based Islamist terror group called al Shabaab, an organization of several thousand fighters spread through Somalia’s southern region. Al Shabaab, whose full Arabic name means "Mujahideen Youth Movement," has had ties to al Qaeda since 2007, according to national security experts.
In the months leading up to their planned travel, authorities said, Alessa and Almonte saved thousands of dollars, conditioned themselves physically through tactical training and dry runs at paintball fields and acquired gear and apparel to be used once they joined up with al Shabaab in Somalia.
...In October 1993, 18 American soldiers were killed trying to take out key members of the leadership of the warring clan that controlled the Somali capital of Mogadishu. Some have suggested there was a link between that skirmish and bin Laden, although others dispute that.
...Al Shabaab has been waging its own militant battle and has been listed on the U.S. government’s roster of international terror organizations.
A 29 year old Hempstead, Texas man was indicted (FBI pr) by a grand jury today for providing material support to al Qaeda and had been in communication with Anwar Awlaki (al-Aulaqi):
A federal grand jury in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas returned an indictment today charging Barry Walter Bujol, Jr., with attempting to provide material support to a designated terrorist organization and aggravated identity theft, U.S. Attorney José Angel Moreno and FBI Houston Special Agent in Charge Richard C. Powers announced today.
...The indictment charges Bujol, 29, a U.S. citizen and resident of Hempstead, Texas, with attempting to provide material support to al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) in the form of personnel, currency, pre-paid telephone calling cards, mobile telephone SIM cards, global positioning system receivers, public access-restricted U.S. military publications, including one involving unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operations and another involving the effects of U.S. military weapon systems in operations in Afghanistan, as well as a military-issue compass and other materials. The maximum statutory penalty for this offense is 15 years in prison.
...The charges resulted from a long-term investigation that culminated on May 30, 2010, when Bujol boarded a ship docked at a Houston-area port. According to court documents unsealed today, the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force began investigating Bujol in 2008 and determined he had been communicating via e-mail with Anwar al-Aulaqi, a known associate and propagandist for AQAP. Among other things, the court documents allege that Al-Aulaqi had provided Bujol with a document entitled “42 Ways of Supporting Jihad,” and that Bujol had asked Al-Aulaqi for advice on how to provide money to the “mujahideen” overseas.
First, though, you need to know about a recent Guardian interview with Khaled Meshal, the political leader of Hamas, which reeked of scorn against the U.S. whose envoys, he claimed, talk to the terrorist group directly but the U.S. isn't brave enough to do it openly (i.e., they meet in secret). He then lavished praise on Russia's president for a direct meeting with him in what appeared to be a political ploy to make the U.S. look very timid.
We all know Israel is the stated enemy of Hamas who wants its destruction for "Islam" that you can read all about in their 1988 charter. This is just one part of a much larger global Islamist movement to regain the land once under the firm control of a long series of Islamic supremacist caliphates. The ultimate goal of this movement is global control aided by multiple jihadist attacks carried out daily worldwide which, surprise, surprise, the Obama administration refuses to recognize.
It seems to me Muslims don't want to be reminded that in June 2007 Hamas violently overthrew the Gaza Strip (area in white above) in a Palestinian civil war that seized power from the Fatah government. After this happened, access to the area was severely limited by Israel and Egypt. Yes, Egypt.
While the Arab world condemns Israel, a recently released video by the IDF appears to shows Israeli soldiers being attacked as they boarded one of the ships in the flotilla:
Anna Baltzer, CAIR Oklahoma's keynote (anti-American, anti-Israeli) speaker recently, was to travel to Palestine during this time as noted on her twitter post. Here you will also find two links to the speech she gave in Oklahoma City posted on May 20th. I don't know if she was on the flotilla but she is an excellent example how Islamists and their leftist minions try to make everything all Israel's (and the U.S.'s) fault.
Meanwhile, Hamas welcomes Israel aid ship action 'condemnation' (good video interview) which hasn't waivered from their goal to destroy Israel for Islam in over 22 years. And as a final reminder, Palestine was a territory of the Ottoman Empire - an Islamic hegemony that lasted centuries, It did not exist in Bibical times and was never mentioned in the Quran which was written centuries later.
Someone caught part of Sheikh Abdullah Faisal's talk (el-Faisal) from Wednesday that was broadcasted on RevolutionMuslim that's run out of New York City by Younus Muhammad. At the point the video starts, Faisal tells how gays can redeem themselves in a horrific murderous way. There were over 40 people listening at the time, I was told.
This evil man was sentenced to prison in the UK for inciting murder and then, after his sentence was up, he was deported to Jamaica in January of this year. Now, he influences Muslims in America and wherever he can to commit murder. RevolutionMuslim openly promotes his lectures.
Rather than condemn this Shiekh and others who help feed the GLOBAL jihadist movement that gives Islam a bad name, CAIR an outgrowth of the Islamic supremacist Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas infrastructure in America, goes after the FBI and conservatives, if you've been paying attention.
One has to hope the FBI and other law enforcement officials are listening.
Most Americans are totally unaware of an Islamic cleric by the name of Abdullah el-Faisal, who was expelled from the UK in January after being jailed for inciting murder of Christians, Jews, Americans and others, is now spreading his hatred of America and non-Muslims online from Jamaica. Anti-American blogger, Younus Muhammad, who runs New-York-based RevolutionMuslim, has placed live and recorded talks by Faisal on his website. The bottom line here is quite simple. Younus is a traitor to America but officials will not take action. In the link above to him, you can hear him in his own words that the Time Square bomber should have planned his operations better.
...He's been linked to two of the men who blew up transportation targets in the U.K. in 2005. He was a mentor to a Jamaican convert, Germaine Lindsay, who died in that 2005 suicide bombing. He has also been linked to the man who wanted to set up a terrorism training camp in Oregon several years ago. He was an imam at the Brixton Mosque in London when Richard Reid, the shoe bomber, worshipped there. Zacharias Moussaoui, the 20th hijacker in the Sept. 11 attacks, was also a follower of his.
More recently, Faisal was sentenced to prison in the U.K. for calling followers to kill Jews, Americans and Hindus in one of his CD lectures. He served more than four years, then ended up in Africa. He was just deported to Jamaica from Kenya a couple of months ago for allegedly trying to recruit people there for violent jihad — a charge he denies.
And now there appears to be a connection to the Times Square bomber. People close to the investigation tell NPR that Shahzad told investigators that Abdullah Faisal and Awlaki were, in his words, "the only two clerics out there who have got it right."
In fact, intelligence sources say Shahzad tried to contact Awlaki and Faisal ahead of his alleged attack. Abdullah Faisal told NPR that he doesn't think he got any such e-mail — or if he did, he didn't answer it...
Everyday there are American Muslims being shaped and molded to do evil by Faisal and other radical Islamic clerics like Yemen-based Anwar Awlaki who called upon Muslims to kill Americans, just a couple days ago.
The good news here is nearly all Muslims in America will not act but it's simply stunning how the world's Islamic leaders are silent, including those in America. A google search turned up no response to Awlaki or Faisal by Islamic leaders, that I can find. This is the time for them to speak up loud and clear for the sake of their religion which appears to have been hijacked by global Islamists.
A home near Boston has been raided by the FBI in possible connection to the failed Times Square bombing. Search warrants were also issued for several locations. Two are being held on immigration charges, right now.
...Barbara Lacerra told WBZ she saw the raid unfold from her home nearby at about 5:45 a.m.
"(We) heard the FBI guy yell 'FBI don't blah, blah move!'"
Lacerra said several FBI agents with guns blocked off the road, went into the home and took out a young man in shackles and handcuffs. She noted that he was quiet and cooperative.
Another witness told WBZ's Kathy Curran that boxes of paper, computers and a bag of money was also removed from the home.
"The searches are a product of evidence that has been gathered in the investigation subsequent to the Times Square bombing investigation," Marcinkiewicz said.
...FBI agents and police are also at a Mobil gas station on Harvard Street in Brookline, about one block from Coolidge Corner.
Update 1:02 PM CT:Location of raids (per WBUR) on google map; lists the other raids done in New Jersey and Long Island, too for a total of six, so far.
Update 3:52 PM CT: A third person has been arrested or detained. All three are
Younus Abdullah Muhammed the young radical Muslim who runsRevolutionMuslim, a dangerous New York-based radical Islamist website, is rather teed-off up over being busted (his words) by me in a chatroom at PalTalk Friday night over his chilliing reaction to the failed Times Square bombing.
"Apparently, the kuffar are very interested in our Paltalk convo's, it is obvious that these people have absolutely no lives. Miserable, deaf, dumb and blind, they will wander to and fro until hellfire eats them forever. I can only say, Perish in your Rage!!! Your end is coming soon! May Allah destroy the economy, society, political reality and general safety of every nation at war with Islam, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!"
I sure hope Muhammed and all American followers of the hateful sheik out of Jamaica they so adore are under the watchful eyes of the authorities.
It was brilliant law enforcement teamwork that led to a man on departing Dubai-bound jet from J. F. Kennedy Airport late last night. The plane was called back to the terminal before it took off and the suspect was arrested in the Times Square failed car bomb! (Photo source www.orkut.com)
The man is a newly naturalized U.S. citizen of Pakistani origin who lived in Connecticut.
...Faisal Shahzad, 30, was taken into custody at Kennedy Airport aboard an Emirates flight to Dubai along with three other men, one of whom was believed to be his roommate, according to a law enforcement official. The pair had apparently driven to the airport in a white Isuzu Trooper that was found in a parking lot with a handgun inside, the official said.
The official added that the two other men removed from the plane — which eventually took off hours later — may have been taken into custody simply because they had similar names; they were not suspected of being involved in the Times Square bombing attempt. The role of Mr. Shahzad’s roommate, if any, was unclear.
...Charges against Mr. Shahzad, who had returned recently from a trip to Pakistan, were not announced, but he was expected to be charged Tuesday in federal court...
Another report said the disposable cell phone number he used to buy the 1993 Nissan Pathfinder that was used in the bombing led to Shahzad.
Shahzad was married and had two children, who all lived in Pakistan. He became an American citizen in April 2009.
Update 9:45 PM CT: Shahzad was a well educated man with an MBA. His wife had relatives who lived in Aurora, Co, per Fox News:
"...Records obtained by Fox News show Huma Asif Mian, Faisal Shahzad's wife, has relatives listed at various addresses in Colorado. The addresses include apartment leases and a property deed in Aurora, Colo., and an apartment lease in Golden, Colo., that were held on-and-off from 2003 to March of this year.
A person who answered the phone at the Golden address listed in the records refused to answer questions on Tuesday and instead asked a series of questions about how Fox News obtained the address, phone number and other information related to the case.
Zazi, the would-be subway bomber, returned to the U.S. from Pakistan after receiving bomb training and lived in Aurora from January 2009 to July 31, 2009. He then traveled to New York City, according to the information contained in his indictment, where he attempted the failed subway bombing. He and several relatives had lived in an apartment off Smoky Hill Road in Aurora, about seven miles from the address of an apartment associated with Shahzad's wife...."
A car bomb failed to explode Saturday night in Times Square. This happened a few months after another bomb failed to explode on Christmas Day aboard a jet heading for Detroit. I'm just thinking out loud here but how many bullets are we going to dodge before one or more are successful?
A dark green 1993 Nissan Pathfinder pulled into the heart of Times Square and with the car still running the driver got out and left the area with the intent of blowing up the car along with anyone nearby. The location of the SUV was very near the Viacom building which owns Comedy Central whose South Park inflamed an Islamist website who warned of harm to the creators who they whined depicted their prophet in an offensive manner. South Park caved and blacked out the offense. The coincidence is so remarkable here it just can't be that easy. The good news there should be lots of clues in the SUV and surveillance videos, including this one which show a person of interest:
An alert vendor, a hero in my book, noticed the SUV and saw smoke coming out of it and notified a policeman. When the vendor was asked about his actions he said. if you see something - say something!
Update 10:12 AM CT: Just released surveillance picture:

Wesam El-Hanafi, 33, and Sabirhan Hasanoff, 34, were arrested and charged:
Among the overt acts alleged in the indictment are:
In November 2007, Hasanoff received $50,000 from an unnamed co-conspirator referred to in the indictment as "CC-1."
In or about February 2008, El-Hanafi, traveled to Yemen where he met with two members of al Qaeda who instructed him on operational security measures and directed him to perform tasks for al Qaeda.
In May 2008, El-Hanafi purchased a subscription for a software program that enabled him to communicate securely with others over the internet."The defendants would and did agree to provide al Qaeda with, among other things, computer advice and assistance, services, and currency, knowing that al Qaeda had engaged and was engaging in terrorist activity," according to the indictment.
Thirteen overt acts are alleged in the indictment, including "El-Hanafi accepted an oath of allegiance on behalf of al Qaeda from [an unnamed co-conspirator]," and "Hasanoff traveled to New York City and performed tasks for al Qaeda."
A radical website called revolutionmuslim that is managed by a taxis driver named Yusuf Khattab in New York CIty posted a threat against the creators of South Park for a cartoon depicting the Islamic prophet. That was reported by CNN and other news sources. Currently, and I hope permanently, this website is shutdown. PLEASE.
There is another website, which I will not name, that claims it is the only celebrity gossip website run by Islamist extremists. It issued a fatwa against the South Park creators that is horribly sexually explicit. This site should also be shut down even though it claims it does satire only.
The Obama administration nominated Robert Ford as the ambassador to Syria in February - even though this is a state sponsor of terror. He is awaiting confirmation.
Ahmad Afzali, a 39 year old imam from New York City was ordered to leave the country or be deported for lying to the FBI in last year's subway plot that was dubbed one of the most serious al-Qaeda related planned attacks in America since 9/11:
In a sentencing hearing in Brooklyn, U.S. District Judge Frederic Block told Ahmad Afzali, 39, he must leave within 90 days or be deported to his native Afghanistan, said Robert Nardoza, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Brooklyn.
...Afzali was accused of tipping off Najibullah Zazi that he was under investigation, forcing authorities to bring Zazi in for questioning sooner than planned. Earlier this year Zazi admitted he had received weapons and training from al Qaeda and plotted a suicide attack on the city's subways in rush hour.
The cleric, a self-proclaimed pro-American imam who cooperated with police in previous investigations, lied about the tip-off when questioned by the FBI, prosecutors said.
At least one person in Congress has some common sense about our enemy and isn't afraid to speak up:
Sen. Joe Lieberman slammed the Obama administration Sunday for stripping terms like "Islamic extremism" from a key national security document, calling the move dishonest, wrong-headed and disrespectful to the majority of Muslims who are not terrorists. The Connecticut independent revealed that he wrote a letter Friday to top counterterrorism adviser John Brennan urging the administration to "identify accurately the ideological source" of the threat against the United States. He wrote that failing to identify "violent Islamist extremism" as the enemy is "offensive." The letter was written following reports that the administration was removing religious references from the U.S. National Security Strategy -- the document that had described the "ideological conflict" of the early 21st century as "the struggle against militant Islamic radicalism."
This is not honest and, frankly, I think it's hurtful in our relations with the Muslim world," Lieberman said. "We're not in a war against Islam. It's a group of Islamist extremists who have taken the Muslim religion and made it into a political ideology, and I think if we're not clear about that, we disrespect the overwhelming majority of Muslims who are not extremists."
Qatar diplomat, Mohammed al Modadi, was onboard United Airlines flight 663 from Washington, D.C. to Denver last night. He apparently went into the lavatory to sneak a smoke. Air marshalls onboard confronted him and he replied "I'm trying to light my shoes on fire."
Qatar is the home to the religious leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Yusef Al-Qaradawi, and the media outlet AlJazerra, who, by the way, is encouraging Americans to demand it be added to their local cable cable channel.
