Israel and Hamas agree to a ceasefire?

Israel claims it has badly damaged Hamas. Now, this Islamist/terrorist organization, run by a leader in exile, has agreed to a ceasefire and says Israel has a week to leave Gaza.

Hamas hasn't been known for its honesty, so keep that in mind.
